Courses and training

Practical courses in railway safety technology

Specialised training with 30 years of experience

RWE trains technicians, installers and personnel working with operations, installation and service. We provide training in both electronic and relay-based systems, focusing on design, function, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting. All programmes conclude with a test and a course certificate.

Training is delivered at our premises or on your site—as hands-on programmes in small groups (typically max. 5 participants). Courses can be combined and tailored to your needs.

General level crossing training (basic course)

General level crossing training is an introduction to the design, function and operation of the railway’s safety systems. Participants gain an understanding of the principles behind documentation, level crossing systems, signalling equipment and safety functions. The basic course provides access to our specialist courses.
